This comic asks the question, can a superstition change and adapt over time as human society does? In two separate timelines, modern and the ambiguous past, young children stumble into a faerie ring and experience a collision of worlds.
I aim to explore the fantastical as a societal lens. My work addresses how fantasy deconstructs human behavior, and an evolving motif of portals: entrances and exits to or from one state of being to another.
